Nourishing Body and Soul

At UU Lansing, we love to share treats, meals, recipes, and nourishment of both the body and soul. We share food and fun at events throughout the year (such as our Halloween Party on Saturday, October 28, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., our Day of the Dead worship service for all ages on Sunday, October 29, and our Fiesta Pequeña fundraiser for Guatemalan schoolchildren on Sunday, November 19), at coffee hour every Sunday after worship, and through Service Auction gatherings.

Circle Suppers are another great way for adult UUs to meet or reacquaint each other and enjoy good food, good company, and good conversation. Participants share meals at each other's homes on third Saturday nights of each month, fall through spring.

Complete information and registration forms for Circle Suppers are available at the Connections Corner during Sunday morning coffee hours. This is a lay-led activity organized by church member Gene Mellen.
