Introduction to list of policies

There are 4 categories of policies, with the organization put into effect before 2016. See below for links to each policy. The categories are:

• 1. Board, congregation and general policies

• 2. Building and grounds policies

• 3. Finance policies

• 4. Personnel policies

In 2016, the Board reviewed, revised, and reformatted all of the policies, and many have not been reviewed since then. Under the new policy governance policy instituted in 2023, the Senior Minister (SM) was given responsibility to enforce, review, revise and approve operational policies. The policies that he approved are indicated in the list below with SM and the approval date, and appear in the drop-down list on the main governance page. The Board is in the process of reviewing, and revising as needed, other policies, and the date of last Board approval is indicated in the list of Policies.
