Chestnut Grove Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPs)
Salutations wanderers, witches, tree hugging dirt worshippers, polytheists, the magically curious, Goddess devotees, Druids - if you would call yourself a Pagan and align with Unitarian Universalist values you are welcome to join the Chestnut Grove Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPs) group.
We are a group of “non-denominational” Pagans who follow a wide variety of traditions, practices, and concepts around deity. We gather around the shared values of the sacredness of nature and respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part, that love is love, your gender is whatever you express it to be, community is important, and that respect for and learning from each others' differing concepts of religious expression or spiritual ideas makes us stronger and grow in our own paths!
We meet every month to discuss a wide variety of topics, from one person sharing something from their particular path to open discussions around a topic and a yearly check-in on where everyone is on their personal journey.
We have a variety of other activities including leading the greater UU congregation in celebrating the solstices and equinoxes. For more information please come to one of our monthly meetings or email us at pagans@uulansing.org, we would love to meet you!
