December 2025 Board Meeting

The 17 December 2025 meeting of the UULansing board saw welcome for new members and thanks for the dedicated service of those rotating off. Committee member elections/reeleections were as follows:

1. Candidates elected after November’s congregational meeting:

• UULansing Board: Amy Geishert, Kathy Lovell, Michael Nestell

• Leadership Development Committee: Rocky Beckett (Incumbent), Barb Wilbur

• Investment Committee: Shawn Riley (Incumbent), Lisa Huberty (Incumbent)

2. UULansing Board Officers elected:

• President Elect – Ralph Putnam (stepping down as treasurer)

• Secretary – Ned Jackson

• Treasurer – Kathy Lovell

3. Gratitude and transitons:

• Laura Ray has transitioned to Past President with special thanks for stepping in when the former president withdrew mid-year

• Jennifer Blum has transitioned to President

• Marge Weldon has stepped down from the board temporarily to serve as RE director Pro Tem, again with special thanks for her willingness to take over on short notice.

• Board members completing their board terms and rotating off with many thanks:

Lucinda Lehmkuhle, Michael McClellan

4. A UULansing board retreat is planned for January 4 after church to on-board new members, and to discuss plans for 2026.
